1. The promoter

Raffles and prize competitions on this site ("competitions") are run by MrWhxpz ("we", "us").
Questions about any competition can be sent to us through our Discord server or by email to whxpz@mrwhxpz.net.

Competitions are open to entrants worldwide. It is your responsibility to make sure that entering is allowed where you live; entries from places where it isn't are void.
Where a competition is marked 18+, entrants must be 18 or over, or the legal adult age where they live if that is higher. We will ask the winner for proof of age before the prize is sent. If they cannot provide it, or are under 18, they will be disqualified and a new winner drawn.
Entrants must have a Discord or Instagram account so we can contact them if they win.

Paid entry: choose your ticket number(s) on the raffle page and pay by PayPal or bank transfer. Bank transfer entries are confirmed once we have verified the payment.
Free entry is only available when a free entry route is shown on that raffle's page. Where it is, you can enter without paying by following those instructions; free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries and are subject to the same per-person ticket limit.
Each competition shows the maximum number of tickets one person may hold. Entries above that limit, or made using several accounts to get around it, may be disqualified.
A ticket number can only be held by one person. If a number is taken while you are paying, we will offer you another number or a refund for that ticket.

Some competitions include a question. Entries with an incorrect answer are not entered into the draw and are not refunded.

A competition closes at the draw date shown on the raffle page, or when all tickets have sold, whichever comes first. If no draw date is shown, it closes when all tickets have sold or when we announce a draw date on stream.

The winner is chosen at random from all eligible tickets using a computer random number generator. Every eligible ticket has an equal chance.
Draws normally take place live on stream.

The winner's username and ticket number will be shown on this site and announced on stream.
We will contact the winner by direct message on the platform they entered with. If the winner does not reply within 7 days, we may draw a new winner.
Prizes are as described on the raffle page. There is no cash alternative. Digital codes are sent by direct message.
Game codes are supplied for the winner's region (for example UK or US) where the game is sold there. Tell us your account region when we contact you. If a code for your region isn't available, we'll offer the closest working alternative.

Entries are non-refundable once confirmed, except as described in section 3 or if we cancel a competition.
If we have to cancel a competition, all paid entries will be refunded.

We only store the username, platform, ticket numbers and answer you give us, plus payment references, to run the competition. If you contact us by email, we use your email address only to deal with your enquiry or entry. We do not sell or share this information.

These competitions are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Rockstar Games, Sony, PayPal, Discord or Instagram.
We may disqualify entries that break these terms or attempt to cheat.
Bank transfers from outside the UK must arrive as the full ticket price in GBP; any bank or currency fees are the entrant's responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
