Who we are

If you subscribe, we keep your email address and send you emails about raffles, giveaways, winners and streams.
Emails are sent through our email provider, Brevo, which stores your address on our behalf.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can email us to be removed.

We store the username, platform, ticket numbers and answers you enter, plus payment references, to run the draw and contact winners. Full details are in the raffle terms.
PayPal processes PayPal payments; we never see your card or bank details.

When you order merch we store your name, email, delivery address and what you bought, so we can send your order and handle returns.
Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Made-to-order clothing is produced and posted for us by a fulfilment company, so your name, address and order are shared with them for that purpose only.
Your basket is saved in your own browser until you check out.
We email you an order confirmation and a tracking update when it's posted. These are about your order only — they don't sign you up to the newsletter.
To see your orders under My orders, we email you a one-time sign-in link. Signing in sets a cookie that remembers your email for 30 days; signing out removes it.

Messages you send us (with your name and email) are stored so we can reply, and are deleted when no longer needed.

If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a notification address. We use it only to tell you when MrWhxpz goes live, and you can turn it off anytime.

We count page views to see which pages are popular and where visitors come from. We don't use cookies for this and don't store IP addresses; visitors can't be followed from one day to the next.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing whxpz@mrwhxpz.net. We don't sell your information to anyone.
