FAQ
How giveaways and raffles work.
🎁 Free giveaways
How do I enter a giveaway?+
Go to the Giveaways page, enter your username and the platform you follow me on. Some giveaways ask for a keyword — it's shared live on stream or in Discord.
Does it cost anything?+
No. Giveaways are always free. One entry per person.
Do I need to follow you?+
Yes — make sure you follow MrWhxpz on the platform you enter with, so I can find you if you win.
🎟️ Raffles
How does a raffle work?+
Each raffle has a set number of tickets. You pick your own numbers, pay for them, and once the raffle closes one ticket is drawn at random to win.
How many tickets can I buy?+
Each raffle shows its own limit — usually up to 5 tickets per person. More tickets means more chances.
How do I pay?+
By PayPal (instant) or bank transfer. For bank transfer, pick your numbers on the site, then open a ticket in our Discord with your numbers and answer, send the money with your username as the reference, and post proof of payment. Your tickets are confirmed once the payment is checked.
How do I know my tickets went through?+
Use My Tickets — enter your username and platform to see every confirmed ticket.
What's the question for?+
Raffles include a question. If your answer is wrong, your tickets aren't entered into the draw — so read it carefully!
When is the winner drawn?+
When all tickets sell, or at the draw date shown on the raffle. The draw happens live on stream.
Can I get a refund?+
Tickets are non-refundable once confirmed, unless a raffle is cancelled — then everyone is refunded.
Can I enter from outside the UK?+
Yes, raffles are open worldwide (18+). If you win a game, you'll get a code for your region. Check entering is allowed where you live.
🏆 Winning & fairness
Is the draw really random?+
Yes. Winners are picked by a secure random number generator, and every eligible ticket has exactly the same chance. Nobody can win the same raffle twice, and draws are done live on stream so everyone can watch.
How will I know if I've won?+
It's announced live on stream and shown on the site, and I'll message you on the platform you entered with. Reply within 7 days or a new winner may be drawn.
Do I need to prove my age?+
For 18+ prizes, yes — the winner shows proof of age before the prize is sent.
How do I get my prize?+
Digital prizes like game codes are sent by direct message. For anything physical, we'll arrange delivery with you.
